Raj Ginne founded Ionix Systems in 2006 after working as a senior developer and support engineer in Northern Virginia’s technology industry. While Raj enjoyed the programming challenges he met in these roles, he saw a need to streamline the development process for clients in order to enhance their experience working with a technology company.
As CEO and CTO of Ionix Systems, Raj’s first concern is listening to his customers in order to clearly understand their business model and how they can use technology to help automate and improve their business processes. Raj is always mindful of how he can help his clients achieve greater success with their ideas and he frequently provides recommendations on how to use technology to take their business offerings to the next level.
Ionix Systems’ programmers work in a collaborative environment to ensure that clients are getting the best possible solution to their technology needs. The ability to solve problems and be persistant in finding solutions is an essential characteristic of our programmers.
A programmer at heart, Raj stays abreast of the latest technologies/frameworks in the IT industry so he can share these applications with his clients. Raj stays mindful of his goal of customer satisfaction by only incorporating new technologies that are relevant to the company’s programming principles, i.e., expedited development life cycle, scalable to a much bigger base as the customer's needs change over time, integrate with already existing frameworks in place. |
